Kota Yarn

Polyester Kota yarn (known as 30 polyester) is made through a process that is very different from any other yarn process, Kota yarn is a yarn which does not need to be twisted before its use which reduces its cost for cloth manufacturers and makes it feasible. It comes in 30/60/90 denier options with options of WHITE,BLACK AND DYED. Main component used for this yarn are heaters, the yarn is heated up to 245 degrees to make it single filament out of multiple filaments. It need lots of attention everyday even with best raw materials possible. Perfect temperature and friction is necessary to make it up to the mark. It comes in different shades (dope dyed and conventional dyed) and has multiple scope of usage. It is used all over the world with different applications and process. It is also known as artificial silk.
