Sizing division did exceptionally good and production was ramped by 100% annually.
Introduced texturizing division and multiple denier/filaments were texturised.
Doubled the production capacity in texturising yarn division.
Became one of the largest manufactures prevailing in city in texturising.
Started manufacturing specialized yarns for variety/multiple machines.
Foundation was prepared to install in house knitted machinery from german knitting giant “Karl mayer”.
Sizing division expanded to 4 times of its existing facility and Knitting production initiated.
Texturising,sizing and knitting were brought to single premises to attain easy production management.
Production of kota yarn initiated at matket noticing benchmarks.
Splitting machine added to production facilities for in house splitting of yarns (used for knitted fabrics).
Doubler division added to manufacturing facility with maximum shades availablity in market.
